Payment and shipping

When making payment, please use your name and surname as reference. Products bought will be shipped as soon as payment has reflected in Stitchedbyinga’s account. Once done, delivery takes 7 – 10 working days.

Returns and exchanges

Returns should be sent to 78 Rose Street, Florida, 1709 via courier service. Please return within 7 days of receiving your item if you are not happy with it. Tracking number, banking details must be emailed to info@stitchedbyinga.co and cc inga@stitchedbyinga.co.

Exchanges will be made within 14 working days AFTER receiving the item.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
